In this class we will learn a FLOW choreo that covers foundational heels/lines technique and explore fluid, controlled movements.
Leaving the dancer to feel more precise and hypnotic in their dancing.
ALL LEVELS heels not required but strongly encouraged

This is a class for anyone with some experience who wants a little more.
You will learn some beginner moves at various progressions depending on where you are at in your training.
* must have taken at least one pole class within the past year
* no heels are needed - not a dance class
* shorts and tank tops are required
* 1-2 people per pole

Step into your confidence to explore your sensual side in this beginner-friendly heels class.
We’ll focus on slinky, slow movement and foundational technique to help you feel empowered and expressive no matter your experience level.
Come as you are and wear whatever makes you feel sexy and comfortable.
