    This class introduces the fundamentals of floorwork, essential techniques, and classic transitions, all combined into a cohesive dance routine. Ideal for beginners, it’s designed to help you establish a solid foundation in floor dance.

    • knee pads are required

    • beginner level - no experience is needed

    • heels are optional but recommended, socks will work too

  • Floor Dance and Acrobatics with Lena Yesman

    Wednesdays 7:30 pm / 1 hour

    This class centers on refining floorwork techniques and integrating floor acrobatics into a dynamic dance routine. Perfect for advanced dancers looking to enhance their performance by incorporating acrobatic, and flexibility elements into their repertoire.

    • knee pads are required

    • intermediate level - experience in these styles will work: floor dance, contemporary dance, exotic pole dance, break dance or acrobatics

    • heels are optional but recommended, socks will work too

Movement & Flexibility Classes

  • Floor Dance Acrobatics

    It is not on a regular schedule, check out the workshops section and social media.

    Ultimately, the goal of this class is to learn how to safely enter, hold, and exit acrobatic positions with grace and skill.
    The class focuses on mastering various acrobatic movements such as head, shoulder, and handstands, shoulder rolls, and floor poses, all while ensuring safe transitions and balance.

  • Full Body Flexibility Intensive

    Sundays 12 pm / 1,5 hours

    Body flexibility classes are designed to help participants improve flexibility and range of motion throughout the entire body.
    Participants can expect to learn stretches and techniques that can improve overall posture and alignment, release muscle tension, and increase mobility in all areas of the body.

    It's not a typical dance class; rather, it's a dedicated training session designed to enhance strength and proficiency through dynamic techniques.

    • beginner class (Monday, Tuesdays & Friday); intermediate on Tuesday at 6:20pm

    • no dance routine

    • no heels, barefoot and socks are acceptable

    • 1-2 people per pole
